CONSIGNMENT

Term
This Agreement will be effective from the date signed below and will remain in effect until the saddle is sold or the Agreement is terminated by either party with 10 days' written notice.

Sales Commission
The Consignee will retain a commission of _25___% of the final sale price. The balance will be paid to the Consignor within 7 business days of receipt of full payment from the buyer.

Pricing and Discounts
The Consignee may lower the asking price by up to _5-10___% (or a minimum dollar amount of

$__50___) to facilitate a sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Title and Ownership
The Consignor retains full ownership of the saddle until it is sold. Upon sale, ownership transfers to the buyer. The Consignee does not take ownership of the saddle under this agreement.

Insurance and Liability
The Consignee agrees to take reasonable care of the saddle while in possession but is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, or damage unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Consignor is encouraged to maintain their own insurance.

Return of Saddle
If the saddle is not sold within _160__ days, or the Agreement is terminated, the saddle will be returned to the

Consignor at the Consignor's expense (if shipping is required).

Try-Before-You-Buy Trials
The Consignee may allow prospective buyers to try the saddle during the saddle fitting or clinics, while M4 Equine is on site.

Representations
The Consignor affirms that they are the legal owner of the saddle and that it is free of liens, claims, or encumbrances.

Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement and supersedes all prior understandings. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
